She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Rambo and Grace Dalton; her husband Keith Somers Sr.; her children, Christine Piper, David Somers and Michael Somers; her sister Joy Halloran (John); her cousin Joseph Green (Shirley); and her siblings-in-law, Wayne VanDyke, James Somers, Eloda Maxey (Bud) and Barbara Jean Fraser (James).
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Waybill (Gary), Keith Somers Jr. and Tony Somers (Judy); her sister Mary VanDyke; and her sister-in-law Shirley Somers. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services (6291 Harvey St, Norton Shores, MI 49444). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
