He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmore Fredrick and Katie Mae Boltz (Hargrove); his siblings, Gary, John, Fred, Carol and Kay; and his siblings-in-law, Norma Boltz (Gary) and Kevin Johnson (Kay).
He is survived by: his children, Thomas Boltz, Jr., Willy Boltz (Lisa Beatty), Deana Boltz (Joe Bordeaux), Matt Millis and Claudia Boltz (AJ Kurek); his grandchildren, Nick Boltz, Tony Lemmen (Ashley), Dakota Pletcher (Krysti Mead), Colton Pletcher, Daytona Pletcher, Alyssa Roshong (Dylan) and Alec Millis; and his close friend Laura Hull. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; many nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 20th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home (637 E Main St, Fremont, MI 49412).
