He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Zuidema. He is survived by: his spouse Angelyn B.; his children, Trevor Zuidema (Mary) of Grand Rapids and Crystal Hollander (Joshua) of Littleton; his grandchildren, Simone, Xander, Blake Zuidema, Zoe and Micah Hollander; his sisters, Cindy Kendall (Edward) of Muskegon and Rhonda Hoekenga (Dave) of Lindenhurst; Ardyce Zuidema of Muskegon. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
