He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Knowles and Lita Knowles (Scouten); his stepfather Sam Sampson; and his brother-in-law Bill Hendrickson. He is survived by: his sons, Gabriel Knowles (Noelle) and Nathan Knowles (Holly); his grandchildren, Shelby and Tucker Knowles; his sisters, Lori Smith (Randy), Pam Hendrickson, Dawn Sukis (Steve) and Paula Harjer; and his wife Karen Kuzyk. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
