He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Bell and Grace Bell (Hollenbeck); his wife Alice Sheltrown; his son Mathew Bell; his siblings, Grace Gild, Elizabeth Yarhouse, James Bell, Lloyd Bell and Benjamin Bell; and his son-in-law David McPherson.
He is survived by: his children, Deyon Bell-Wilson of Battle Creek, Eugene Bell, Jr. (Mary) of Yakama, WA, Jonny Bell of Fulton, Penny Renae McPherson of Fulton and Sherilyn Oberlin (Scott) of Las Cruces, NM; his grandchildren, Heather Bell of Big Rapids, Anne Ulberg of Big Rapids, Libby Bell of Athens, Amber Kay of Kalamazoo, Michael Wilson of Baldwin, Jessica Hard (Terry) of Kalamazoo, Courtney, Cassey Brining-Bell, Jonathon Bell of Fulton, Robert Oberlin, Sarah Monarca of Beulah and Christy Cushard of Beulah; and his great grandchildren, Theo, Maxwell, Adam, Terry, Mason, Hailey, David, Victoria, Josue, Sherry, Matthew, Jilliana and Lee.
