She is survived by: her children, Desiree Whitney and Cameron Whitney (Kimmy); her grandchildren, Lillian and Kieran; and her siblings, Pam, Brenda, Doreen, Diane, Duane and Melvin Jr.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
