She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred L. Pappas and Sophie Pappas (Seitz); her brothers, Louis Pappas, Ted Pappas and John Pappas; and her sisters-in-law, Lorraine Pappas and Dawn Pappas.

She is survived by: her husband Floyd H. Stapleton; her children, Steven Stapleton (Amy) and Sophia Hills (Richard); her grandchildren, Erik Stapleton (Cera), Ryan Stapleton (Jordan Fitzgerald), Sarah Brown (Logan), Kelli Stapleton, Avery Stapleton, Seth Gillis, Nate Bailey (Maggie) and Marla Bailey; her great grandchildren, Cole, Emilia Stapleton and Brynley Brown; her brother Steve Pappas; and her sister-in-law Beverly Pappas. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
