He was predeceased by: his son Gary; and his brothers, Willis, Gerald and David Ethridge. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Lathrop; his daughter Dawn Devereaux (Bob); his grandson Lucas Devereaux; and his siblings, Alvey Ethridge (Mary Ann), Nancy Davis, Beverley Ethridge, Shirley Orvis, Cecil Ethridge (Patti) and Carol Ethridge. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
