He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil and Lucille (Butler); his former wife Rosemary Curtiss; his brother Norman Curtiss; and his sister-in-law RuthAnn Curtiss.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Curtiss; his children, Allen Curtiss (Phyllis), Becky Sonnevil-Myers (Marty Myers) and Catherine Beebe; his grandchildren, Marshall Ogan (Jessica), Kori Ditmer (Michael), Brett Beebe (Erin Prichard), Chelsea Smith (Eric), Carrie Kamm (Mike) and Eric Curtiss; his great grandchildren, Maddox, Karsen, Ashton, Arwyn, Ellie, Jaxten, Emery, Natalee and Nathan; his stepchildren, Rebecca Starr (Benjamin), John Sage (Susan) and Jennifer Bermender; his siblings, Eugene Curtiss and Darlene Smith (James); and his sister-in-law Ruth Ellen. He is also survived by several step grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
