He is survived by : his children, Robert Lawson (Elizabeth) of Southfield, MI, Patrick Lawson (Delia Stafford) of Kalamazoo, MI, John Lawson (Leah) of Kalamazoo, MI and Susan Statler of Bear Lake, MI; his grandchildren, Xavier, Jacob, Chaise and Caide; and his sisters, Gloria Lawson-Sharp, Angela Cronk and Mary Kane (Lawson). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
