He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jacob and Edith M. Striebel (Novess); and his son William "Billy" John Striebel. He is survived by: his wife Joyce E. (Hoyt); his children, Arthur Norman Brand, Michelle Lynnette Ranes, Traci Deann Shepard, Randy George Striebel and Jenifer Sue Harvey; and his sibling Jackie Lamphere. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren.
