He was predeceased by: his parents, Rockford Lockwood and Genevieve Lockwood (Wilczewski); his wife Darlene; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Trapp and Vernon Trapp.
He is survived by: his daughter Denise Westendorp (Al); his grandchildren, Kurt Westendorp (Brittany), Emily Krassow (Jason), Mark Westendorp and Genny Savaglio (Michael); his great grandchildren, Carter, Austin, Brady, Kameron, Kacey, Grace, Stella, Arya and Michael; and his siblings-in-law, Allen Trapp, Jane Sandtveit (Randy) and Marjorie Trapp.
In memory of Dean, contributions may be made either to the Humane Society of Southwest Michigan or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
