He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Richter (Gersonde); his children, Larry Richter III of Galien and LaKosta Richter (Terry) of Galien; his grandchildren, Chasity Frame (Daniel), Faith Richter and Damien Smith (Marissa); his great grandchildren, Ryan Richter and Ashton Smith; and his brothers, Brian Richter and Craig Richter (Judy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
