He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Alva Marsh Sr. and Nina Irene Marsh (Smith); his wife April Mary Hanlin; and his brothers, Clarence Marsh Jr., Roy Marsh and Ted Marsh.
He is survived by: his children, Bill Jr. Marsh (Jennifer) of Galien, Steve Marsh of Galien and Lisa Marsh (Paul Wilkins) of Buchanan; his grandchildren, Brenten Marsh, Nick Marsh, Kara Marsh (Anthony Ward), Steven Marsh Jr., Celeste Marsh and Tristen McCarty (Hannah Bradbury); his great grandchildren, Brycen Marsh, Wyatt Lozmack, Westin Marsh and Maverick Ward; his brother Fred "Butch" Marsh; and his sister-in-law Hazel Marsh.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Michiana Two-Cylinder Club or to The Berrien County Tractor Collectors Group, in care of Lisa Marsh, in Bill's honor.
