He is survived by: his wife Claudia; his daughters, Carla Chappell (Jerry) and Debbie Rockwell (Jeff); his grandchildren, Bradley and Lilliana; and his siblings, Clyde Adkins (Gail) and Pauline Chapman (late Charles). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
