She was predeceased by: her parents, John Petrtyl and Julia Petrtyl; and her stepmother Eileen. She is survived by: her children, Kyle and Kevin; her brothers, Robert Petrtyl, Richard Petrtyl (Verla) and Kenneth Petrtyl (Mary); and her stepsiblings, Thomas Toutant and Cheryl Toutant.
