He was predeceased by: his father Curtis Clark; and his brother Curtis Clark. He is survived by: his child Jesse; his mother Carolyn Clark; and his siblings, Don Klovski (Lori), Darold Klovski (Lani), Carolann Umlor (Vic), Gerald Klovski, Sheryll Kimbel (Dave), Russell Clark, Cynthia Pangburn and Edward Clark. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
