She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Maria Collins, Tim (Angela Hartman), Julie Spencer (Martin) and Christine Mass (Michael); her grandchildren, Julian Collins (Lori), Amber Dibble (Joshua), Matthew Spencer, Kate Oliver (Siarah) of Nicholas Mass, Jacob Mass (Justice Redding), Aaron Mass and Adored; her great grandchildren, Virginia, Ezra, Molly, Lucian and Luna; and her husband James Martin McCarty.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the John N. Santeiu & Son, Inc. (1139 Inkster Rd, Garden City, MI 48135). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials suggested to the Carmelite Monastery – Monastery of St. Therese or Capuchin Soup Kitchen.
