He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Helen; his children, Ronald A (Kathy), Michael J. (Patricia) and Sharon Lockhart (Peter); and his siblings, Hubert (Bonnie), Faye Starrett (late Elmer), Lawrence Napier (Marcy) and David Napier (Mary). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
