She is survived by: her children, Sheila LaRoue (Eric) of Newberry, MI, Wanda Lemaster (Donald) of Manistique, MI, Joan Bernard of Ypsilanti, MI, Jennifer Johnson (Kenneth) of Marquette, MI and Carl Bernard of Escanaba, MI; her grandchildren, Kyle (Cherokee), Matthew (Emily), Mark (Linnea), Nicholas (Briana), Anthony (Dan), Samuel (Taylor), Lauranna (Angel), Alex (Geena), Kennan, Erik, Amber (Edward) and Eric (Kimberly); her great grandchildren, Lauren, Nicco, Sophia, Caroline, Clint and Emilia; and her siblings, Michael (Bertha) of Garden, MI, Robert (Tana) of Garden, MI, George Leckson (Joyce) of Garden, MI, Antoinette Francis (John) of Mountain, WI, Katherine Groleau (Joel) of Rapid River, MI and Mary Swidergal (Rick) of DePere, WI.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St John the Baptist Catholic Church (6410 State St, Garden, MI 49835). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
