Angeline touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Valentine "Bill" Prusakiewicz and Rose Prusakiewicz (Cherwinski); her husband Alex Czarkowski; and her siblings, Agnes Skowronski, Anthony Prusakiewicz, Ben Prusakiewicz and Regina Ciszewski.

She is survived by: her children, James, Dennis, Connie and Marlene Czarkowski; and her family, Dr. Samalik, Dr. DeKorte and Dr. Fiander.
