Arthur H. Butcher Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur H. Butcher in Gaylord, Michigan, who passed away on October 5, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Butcher and Edythe Butcher; his in-laws, Henry and Sylvia Johnson (Thorpe); and his brother-in-law Robert "Bob" King.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Butcher (Johnson); his children, Wendy, Brian (Karen) and Jeff; his granddaughters, Kaylee, Kaytlyn, Hannah and Madison; and his sister Donna King (Butcher).
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gaylord Community Funeral Home & Cremation Service (850 N Center Ave, Gaylord, MI 49734). A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Otsego County Toys For Tots or to the Otsego County Food pantry.
