David L. Tober Obituary
It is with sadness that the passing of David L. Tober of Gaylord, Michigan is shared. David, born on December 16, 1963, passed away on September 10, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
David will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honor David by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though David is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. David’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald L. Tober and Gwen F. Tober; his siblings, Joe Tober, Pat Tober and Kathy Tober (Pete); and his children, Rebecca Sharp (Steve), Jeffery Tober (Melissa), Michael Tober (Clare) and Thomas Tober. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren, two nieces, and one nephew.
A reception was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Long Lake Park-Sparta (3549 Old US Hwy 27 S, Gaylord, MI 49735).
