He was predeceased by : his parents, Clayton Moore and Francis Moore (Carpenter); his daughter Maeann E. J. Moore; his children-in-law, Stanley Matelski and Barbara Moore; his sister Virginia Huot; and his brothers-in-law, Tub Huot, Rex Painter, George Hellmer and David Hellmer.
He is survived by : his wife Agnes Sarah Hellmer; his children, Francine Nizienski (Edward), Frank Moore (Linda), Martina Matelski and Nikki Kucharek (Timothy); his siblings, Ted Moore (Marguerite), Ernie Moore (Joyce), Sharon Painter and Sheldon Pettite (Gerriann); his grandchildren, Sarah, Dennis, Marie, Katherine, Casey, John, Frank, Jenni, Jaci, Kari, Jarvis, Kyle, Bennie, Angie, Terrance, Barb, James, Jessie, Martin and Erin; his great grandchildren, Kegan, Kyle, Kameron, Chelsey, Kwintin, Rylie, Lincoln, Gavin, Grace, Declan, Hayzyl, Killian, Blake, Nicholas, Alivia, Kelsey, Phoenix-Rain, Reese, Colton, Konner, Noah and Jax; his great great grandchild Leo; his parents-in-law, Agnes and Martin Hellmer; and also Ha Huynh.
