With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Jerome M. Heska of Gaylord, Michigan, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Heska and Lenora Heska. He is survived by: his wife Bernice; his cousin Jim; his children, Sandra King (Dennis), Candace Ryder (Patrick) and William (Teri); his grandchildren, Kristin (late Mathew), Abby (Ben), Jeremy (Riley), Aaron (Angela), Rob, Kevin (Angie) and Matt; his great grandchildren, David, Gracee, Lillee, Dax, Kolbie, Brooks, Emma, Owen, Tyler (Emaleth), Morgan (Bryan) and Molly (Cody); and his great great grandchildren, Iverson, Kaisley, Easton and Colton.
In lieu of flowers, the family has established the Jerry Heska Memorial Fund of the Otsego Community Foundation to support Jerry's passion for emergency medical care and training. The family also suggests donations to the Otsego County Commission on Aging in gratitude for their care for Jerry and all seniors in our county.
