He is survived by: his wife Ann Quay; his stepchildren, Emily and Andrew Greif; his mother Sherri O'Neill (Bill O'Neill); his siblings, Kayla (David Owens) and Ali (Matt Fort); his father Arnie Quay; and his grandmother Joanie Sietsema.
