He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Samkowiak and Mary Samkowiak; and his siblings, Mack, Julian, Alex, Kise, Sophia Borowiak, Julia Latuszek, Eleanor Aho and Ann Failing.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Samkowiak (Carrina), Randy Samkowiak (Linda), Deborah Ellison (Philip) and Timothy "Shorty" Samkowiak (Jodie); his grandchildren, Morgan, Austin and James Samkowiak; and his friend Scott. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be addressed to The Samkowiak Family for the continued care and comfort of the residents of McReynold's Hall.
