He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Ernest Ratliff and Patsy Sue Ratliff; his uncle James King; and his nephew Ryan Rhum. He is survived by: his wife Keely Ratliff; his daughter Kaitlyn Chojnacki (Brandon); his granddaughters, Elliana and Brynlee Chojnacki; his sisters, Cindy Rhum and Cathy Baker (Jeff Boise); and his aunt Lagretta King. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
