Thomas M. Shanahan Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thomas M. Shanahan of Gaylord, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 29, 2025 at the age of 41. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Gerald, Josephine Shanahan, Patrick and Clara Kennedy; his in-laws, Gerald "Wick" and Janie Lewicki; his uncle Bryan Kennedy; and his aunt Patricia Kirka.
He is survived by: his parents, Michael "Mick" Shanahan and Joan Shanahan (Kennedy) of Mancelona; his sons, Drew and Cole Shanahan; his sister Maggie Menkes (Josh) of Gaylord; and his siblings-in-law, Angie Karsten (Chad) of Grand Rapids, Gerry Lewicki (Heidi) of Mancelona and Greg Lewicki. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
