He is survived by: his wife Judy; his daughter Christine Niblock (Scott); his granddaughter Maddy Niblock (Andrew White); his great grandchildren, Atlee Neese and Ella Bubolz; his brother Gary Tidball; his niece Cara Bailey; his nephew Marty Tidball (Elaine); his sister-in-law Nancy Tinnin; Mikinzi Neese (Hayden), Riley Simpson, Rio Knowles, Macy Davis, Sara Bubolz (Sterling), Chase Davis, Gunner Simpson, Garon Simpson, Lakin Anderson (Avery) and Gauge Ives (Tiffany).
