Ivah left this world on August 16, 2025 at the age of 91, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Smith and Iva Smith (Myers); her sisters, Barb Porter (Jim) and Pat Cooper (Gary); and her nephews, Mark, Jimmy and Jeff.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne; her children, Danae Aplegren (Jon), Lisa Nelson (Troy), Angela Hunter (Darin) and Robin Bucholz (Jill); her grandchildren, Jayce, Jenna, Justin, Conner, Harper, Kali, Greg, Jared and Taylor; and her great grandchildren, Aubre, Liam, Cole, Eloide, Madelyn, Breck and Rayah. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Trinity Episcopal Church or UP Health System Hospice.
