He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephan Sopscak and Thelma Sopscak (Knapp); his brother David Sopscak; and his grandson Joshua Pritchett. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Sopscak of Gladstone; his children, Jonathan Sopscak (Cathy) of Roscommon and Christa Pritchett (Bryan) of Saint Clair Shores; his grandchildren, Jay (Katrina), Madison (Reid) and Ryan; his great grandchildren, Hope, Mason, Arora, Kiree, Jaiden, Dean, Asuna, Rose and Riley; his close friend Janet Wyman of Gladstone; and his sister-in-law Arlene Sopscak. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
