Marion Nivison Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marion Nivison of Gladstone, Michigan, who passed away on April 8, 2026, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Marion Nivison to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Erick Apelgren and Freda Apelgren (Norlander); her husband David Nivison; her son Kelly Nivison; her grandson Timothy Schave Jr.; her siblings, Hilda Rohr, Nels, Erick, Harold, Edwin, Herbert and Bert Apelgren; and her sons-in-law, Timothy Schave Sr. and Rodney Anderson.

She is survived by: her children, Robert Nivison (Cathy), Molly Anderson, Susan Wagner, Julie Trombley (Greg) and Lisa Largent (Dennis). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the First Lutheran Sewers or the church choir.
