He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Beauchamp and Mary Elizabeth Beauchamp (Depuydt); his wife Mary Ann Beauchamp of Anne's Church; and his brothers, Robert, Norbert and Donald Beauchamp.
He is survived by: his children, James Beauchamp (Linda) of Escanaba, Scott Beauchamp (Tammy) of Gladstone and Pamela Cloutier (Jon) of Gladstone; his grandchildren, James Jr., John, Bryn Beauchamp, Braden, Luke, Brooklyn Beauchamp, Hailee and Jaycee Cloutier; his great grandchildren, Joshua, Mia, Emma, Noah, Mary Ann and Regan Beauchamp; and his siblings, Dennis (Sandy), Duane (Sandy), Terry Beauchamp (Karen), Marilyn Matthys, Joyce VanDrese (Keith Gluesing) and Sharon Sharkey (Doug). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
