He is survived by: his daughters, Kendra Kaye Hardwick and Bailey Grace Hardwick; his wife Sarah Blake Hardwick; his parents, Lisa Kaye Hawkins of Gladwin and Christopher Clay Hardwick; his siblings, Jamie Price (Steven) of Gladwin, Jessica Kennedy (Bill Basner) of Gladwin, Christopher Ryan Hardwick (Angelique) of Ohio and Jeffrey Adams (Shelley); his grandfather James Hawkins (Chris) of Millington; his parents-in-law, Angelina Qualls of Clio and Robert Blake of Marion; his grandparent-in-law Sandy Gregoire (Joe); his siblings-in-law, Amy Blake, Sandi Baranek (Jake), Brian Blake, Robert Blake and Melvin Gregoire; his uncles, Dan (Jasmine) and Jimmy Hawkins; his aunt Cyndi Hawkins-Hundley; and also, Lucille, Briley, Charlie, Zayne, Amelia, Aubry, Trenton, Aniah, Eli, Emmett, Ember and Easton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Calendar Grout Township Hall (1490 S Grout Rd, Gladwin, MI 48624).
