He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Chambers and Anita Chambers (Cumber). He is survived by: his wife Vickie Adams; his children, Johnathan Chambers (Amanda) and Danielle Chambers; his grandchildren, Ethan, Callen, Seth and Ainsley; and his brother Craig Chambers of California.
