She was predeceased by : her father Thomas McCarthy; and her brother Thomas McCarthy Jr.. She is survived by : her mother Toni McCarthy (Foster) of Gladwin; her children, Billie Formolo, Steven Sams of Sault Ste and Marie; and her siblings, Helen Pratt of Upper Abbot, ME, Jennifer Lockman (Bruce) of Royal Oak, MI and Danny McCarthy (Anne) of Commerce Twp.
