He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Fitzpatrick and Emma C. Fitzpatrick (Brubaker); his former wife Ellen Lindenberg; and his siblings, Leo, Vernon, Gerald Fitzpatrick and Emma Jane.
He is survived by: his wife Rosalyn McKimmy; his children, Beth Ann Fitzpatrick and Jeremy Fitzpatrick (Arshia); his stepchildren, Joy Brown (Randy) and Stephen Coats; his sister-in-law Linda Simpson; and his close friend Hazel Goheen. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren.
