He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Walters and LulaBelle Walters (Bowers); his sister Marilyn; and his brothers-in-law, Doug and Ward.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Quibell; his children, Toni Wilcox (Loren), Arnold Craft (Sheila), Susan Heavlin (Rich) and Melissa Dunkle (Ralph); and his siblings, Cleo Heath (Don), Sherman Fassett (Joanne) and Bonnie Bosman. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
