She was predeceased by: her parents, James Rock and Violet Rock (Conger); her husband Thomas Mertz; her sister Jean; her grandson Shon; and her friend Jack Emeott Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly (Matt) and James (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Jared, Thomas, Ronnie, Trinity, Elizabeth, Katherine and Abigail; her children, Brendon, Harmony, Cobalt, Jackson, Rosalyn, Melody and Nova; and her sister June.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Judes Children's Research Hospital or the Ronald McDonald House.
