It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Czape (Gladwin, Michigan), born in Mount Pleasant, Michigan, who passed away on April 24, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Sapp and Rose Sapp; and his brothers, Mike, Harry, Paul, Bill and Fred.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Dewey; his children, Debbie Sloan (Patrick) of Middlebury, IN, Sandy Welser (Fred) of Portage, MI, Steve Czape (Mary Sue) of Gladwin, MI and Beth Winkler (Chris) of Marshall, MI.; and his sister Jane Sartor-Key of Clare. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
