She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Riggs and Betty Riggs. She is survived by: her husband Neil Platz; her daughters, Heidi Hoppe (Matthew) and Heather Ratich; her grandchildren, Benjamin, Christopher, Kaitlyn and Hannah; her brother Terry Riggs (Louise); and her nieces, Tracy Hansel and Amy Martonis.
