He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Brockway and Electa Brockway (Livingston). He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Thom; and his children, Charlie Brockway, Richard Brockway, Kelly Johnson (Mike), Patty Waldhouse, Dana Emory and Brett Brockway (Nicole). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandson.
