He is survived by: his wife Dawn Wallace; his son Nicholas Malczewski (Nally); his grandchildren, Jazmin and Carly; his daughter Marcy Malczewski; his brother Melvin Malczewski (Janet); his niece Renee (Kyle); his sister-in-law Janet Hines; his niece Kelly VanDrunen (Mike); his brother-in-law Wally Jakubowski (Beverly); his niece Chris Wessel; and his nephew Matt Jakubowski (Sarah). He is also survived by children, and Michelle (Kyle) and children.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to The Parkinson's Foundation and The American Cancer Society.
