He was predeceased by : his father Dennis Phillips. He is survived by : his mother Mary Phillips (Smith); his wife Nicole Phillips; his children, E. J. (Karlee), Wyatt, Jasmine and Hayden; and his siblings, April Phillips, Kyle Phillips (Denise), Jared Phillips (Amanda), Laura McDonald (Randall) and Jennifer Frye (Kevin). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
