He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Bain and Lena Bain (Goth); his former wife Betty; and his stepdaughter Teri Porter. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Halliwill; his children, Sally Stobaugh (Tom), Jackie Schmidt (Dan), Jill Bain, Jody Greenwood and Milt Bain, Jr. (Amy); and his stepchildren, Ken Harris (Jan Marx-Harris), Karen Brady and Kathryn Halliwill (Dan Lauderbaugh). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
