He was predeceased by : his parents, Bernard Lewis and Marie Lewis; and his brothers, Robert Lewis and Matthew Lewis. He is survived by : his wife Judith Lewis; his children, Scott Lewis (Lorna) and Stephanie Lewis; his foster son Anthony Reed; his granddaughters, Vanessa and Nathalie; and his siblings, Philip Lewis (Olivia), Barbara Goodhue (Michael) and Kathleen Hough.
