She was predeceased by : her parents, Carl Adams and Nova McIntosh. She is survived by : her husband Donald; her children, Shawna Jean Radosa (John), Johnathan Chambers (Amanda) and Danielle Chambers; her grandchildren, Seth, Ainsley, Ethan and Callen; and her sisters, Tamela Wooley (Michael), Linda Reid (Rod) and Pam Worth (Jerry).
