He was predeceased by: his parents, Victory F. Havens and Lucile Havens. He is survived by: his father-in-law Wayne Mortensen; his wife Laura Havens (Liuzzo); and his sons, Victory W. Havens (Teresa) and Gregory Havens (Julie). He is also survived by six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
