We are sad to announce that, on December 15, 2025, at the age of 73, William VanConant of Gladwin, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As William departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved William. Though William may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. VanConant I and Shirley Thorsel; and his sister Evelyn. He is survived by: his wife Linda Thomas; his children, Tara VanConant and Brian VanConant; and his sister Suzanne Bobola. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
